Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: applicants must be about to register their business or new publishers with a registered business in the UAE.

2. Experience: Applicants must not have previous experience in publishing

3. Commitment: Participants are required to engage fully with the program, including attending all workshops and mentorship sessions.

4. Intellectual Property: Participants must own the rights to the content they publish or have the legal right to use it.

5. Compliance: All business operations must comply with the UAE's publishing laws and regulations.

6. Program Completion: Participants must complete the program to qualify for any post-program benefits and support.

7. Reporting: Regular progress updates and reports are required to continue receiving support from the Fund.

8. Sustainability: Adherence to sustainable business practices as guided by the program is expected.

9. Use of Funds: Any financial support provided must be used in accordance with the fund guidelines and for the purposes agreed upon.

10. Bank account: the publisher has a business bank account for the purposes of the publishing company. Or to start one upon registering the company.
